    Aussie Dave

Thanks for bringing us highlights of the conference. It was very interesting to hear how others view Israel's position in the PR battle for hearts and minds.

I know you have been blogging about perhaps cutting out the podcast. I'd rather have fewer podcasts, but similar to the quality of this one.

To tell the truth, I have really enjoyed your podcasts that involve more than one participant -whether Erika or others. This isn't a knock against you, I think it brings out your best.

At least now, you have received a comment regarding the podcast. Maybe you will get a few more.

    Hi Alan,

Thanks for your comments. I fully agree with you that the podcasts where I can bounce off someone else are better (and more fun to produce). The only issue is getting a cohort each podcast (Erika is not always willing and able!)

    Hi Dave,
I've just discovered your podcast, and I'm a big fan - in fact I've listened to your whole back catalogue over the past couple of weeks! The blog is excellent: it's funny, you have a really nice broadcasting style, and also it does a job that I don't think anyone else is doing. So anyway, I for one would be very sorry if you decided to give it up. Your blog is very good too - extremely witty - but I think your podcast is something really distinctive. By the way, although the shows with your wife have been very entertaining, I've very much enjoyed the solo stuff too, including the rants!

I also meant to say - it was really good to hear this different, more positive view of the Herzliya conference. If it hadn't been for this podcast all I would have known about it was from the blogs that Lisa Goldman linked to - one of which you take on in your show. Good to see a more constructive approach. I particularly enjoyed your interview with Professor Landes - and it alerted me to his blog, The Augean Stables, which I've just looked at for the first time. Very impressive. Keep up the good work if you get a chance!
